Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- Non-refundable items:
- Custom-made or specially manufactured parts.
- Installed, modified, or used items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Refund Process
- Contact us at info@irp.lt with your order details and reason for refund.
- Return the item in secure packaging (return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
- Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Contact us at info@irp.lt to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
