Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Non-refundable items:
  • Custom-made or specially manufactured parts.
  • Installed, modified, or used items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at info@irp.lt with your order details and reason for refund.
  2. Return the item in secure packaging (return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Contact us at info@irp.lt to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
